Welcome to LoadFast Waste Disposal. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of waste clearance and disposal services by LoadFast Waste Disposal ("we", "us", or "our") to you, the customer ("you" or "your"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

 

1. Our Services

We provide domestic and commercial waste clearance services, including the physical loading of waste, transportation, and legally compliant disposal or recycling. We are fully registered as an upper-tier waste carrier with the Environment Agency.

 

 

2. Quotations and Pricing

Estimates: Any initial estimate provided over the phone, via email, or through our website is a guide based on the information provided.

Final Quotation: The final price will be confirmed upon arrival at your premises, once our team has assessed the exact volume and weight of the waste.

Agreement: We will not begin loading until you have agreed to the final, fixed-price quotation. If you decline the final quote, there is no obligation, and our team will depart free of charge.

Surcharges: Additional charges may apply for specific items with higher recycling or disposal costs (e.g., mattresses, fridge-freezers, TVs, and tyres). These will be clearly communicated before loading begins.

 

3. Customer Responsibilities and Access

Access to Premises: You must ensure our vehicles and staff have safe, unimpeded access to the waste. If parking restrictions or permits apply, it is your responsibility to arrange them or inform us in advance.

Waste Ownership: By handing over the waste, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the items or have the authority to authorise their disposal.

Duty of Care: You must accurately describe the waste to be cleared. Failure to disclose hazardous materials may result in the immediate suspension of service.

 

4. Cancellations and Postponements

By You: You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a nominal call-out fee.

By Us: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone collections due to severe weather, vehicle breakdown, or unsafe working conditions. We will endeavour to notify you as early as possible and arrange an alternative date.

 

5. Liability and Property Damage

Our team takes the utmost care when operating on your premises. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that any easily damaged items, flooring, or pathways are protected before our arrival.

We accept no liability for damage to driveways, manhole covers, or paving caused by the weight of our vehicles, provided we were instructed by you to park there.

Our liability for any proven property damage caused by our negligence during the loading process is limited to the repair or replacement value of the damaged item.

 

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
